If you purchased an item at anilogics.com and want to return it for a full refund, please call our customer service number 844-372-3557 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?
Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 days of processing your return.

Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a new tracking number.
