TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE
Business with Ani-Logics Outdoors is subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth below. By purchasing products from Ani-Logics Outdoors®, the Buyer agrees to the following Terms and Conditions – which may be updated and/or modified at Ani-Logics™’ discretion from time to time. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Ani-Logics Outdoors® and Buyer, and supersede any and all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the goods, services and information.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Ani-Logics Outdoors® offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason Buyer is not completely satisfied with products purchased from Ani-Logics Outdoors®, Buyer may return products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price and applicable taxes – subject to the following conditions: Feed/Apparel/Accessory products must be returned in original packaging and must be complete and in “new” condition. Any damaged or used products may be subject to a restocking fee. Buyer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number for all products returned under this money-back guarantee. An RMA may be obtained by calling Ani-Logics Outdoors® at 844-372-3557. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
When making credit card purchases, Buyer represents and warrants that: (i) the credit card information supplied by Buyer pursuant to this Contract is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by the Buyer pursuant to this Contract will be honored by the Buyer’s credit card company or will be promptly paid for by Buyer in readily available funds before Ani-Logics Outdoors® has any further obligation to perform under this Contract; and (iii) Buyer shall pay charges incurred by Buyer pursuant to this Contract at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, as posted on this website, including all applicable taxes. Buyer shall be responsible for all charges incurred through the usage of Buyer’s password, whether or not such charges were authorized by Buyer. Buyer agrees to keep his or her password confidential. Ani-Logics Outdoors® shall have no obligation to protect Buyer from unauthorized use of Buyer’s password, but shall honor reasonable password change requests of Buyer.

TAXES
Product prices do not include applicable sales, use, service, value-added or like taxes. Buyer shall pay all applicable sales, use, service, value- added or like taxes, unless Buyer has provided Ani-Logics Outdoors® with an appropriate and acceptable exemption certificate from the applicable taxing authorities. Buyer shall indemnify and hold Ani-Logics Outdoors® harmless, with respect to any taxes. Buyer agrees to pay any applicable sales, use, service, value added or like taxes and reimburse Ani-Logics Outdoors® for any of those taxes paid by Ani-Logics Outdoors®.

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

DELIVERY, TITLE and INSURANCE
Ani-Logics Outdoors® shall deliver the products to a commercially reasonable carrier (a “Carrier”) at Ani-Logics Outdoors®’ facility for shipment to the designated shipping address.  Ani-Logics Outdoors® typically ships to cities in the United States.  Customers brokers will need to assist with an export process.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Ani-Logics Outdoors® reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

MULTIPLE PRODUCT ORDERS
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping & handling charges. You will only be charged for shipping & handling at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping & handling charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

CANCELLATION/ CHANGE POLICY
Ani-Logics Outdoors® may terminate any order if any representations made by Buyer to Ani-Logics Outdoors are determined to be false or misleading. Changes to orders shall not be binding upon nor be put into effect by Ani-Logics Outdoors® unless confirmed in writing by Ani-Logics™’ designated representative. In such event, and if said change results in a lesser charge to Buyer, Ani-Logics Outdoors® shall issue the Buyer a credit less shipping and handling charges incurred.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between Buyer and Ani-Logics Outdoors® regarding purchases by Buyer from Ani-Logics Outdoors® and supersedes any prior statements or representations from Ani-Logics Outdoors®. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to purchase products from Ani-Logics Outdoors®.

By clicking the box on the Braggin’ Wall Entry page and submitting photos, I hereby agree to the following:

I certify that I am the owner/copyright holder of any and all photos, videos, images or other files (“Content”) submitted through this website and that no other person or third party owns such rights. By submitting content, I hereby authorize Ani-Logics Outdoors, LLC and its affiliates, partners, successors and assigns to use such Content, in its sole discretion, on its websites, in social media, in marketing pieces, publications and outreach efforts (including making reprints, revised, cropped, enhanced or otherwise edited Content, and translations), and digital publication. I hereby grant a worldwide, royalty free, and irrevocable license to Ani-Logics Outdoors, LLC and its affiliates and partners, to use the Content for its business purposes, including for granting a license to third parties to whom they partner for the purpose of the above. I agree to hold Ani-Logics Outdoors, LLC and its affiliates, partners, successors and assigns harmless and indemnify them against any claim attributable to me associated with the use of the Content submitted through this website.

I further certify and agree that any Content submitted by me will be appropriate for viewing by general audiences and will be in good taste, will not be threatening, will not contain profanity, nudity, inappropriate images or illegal images, will not be harassing or offensive, and shall be free of any viruses, malware or other malicious content or metadata. I understand and agree that if I try to submit such Content in violation of the above, Ani-Logics Outdoors, LLC may ban me from any further submissions, as well as take other appropriate actions, in its sole discretion.

This Agreement shall be interpreted according to U.S. federal law and Minnesota state law, to the extent applicable, and any disputes must be brought in the State of Minnesota, USA.
