HOW DO I PLACE LARGER OR BULK ORDERS?

NEED TO RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ON OUR WEBSITE?

If you purchased an item at anilogics.com and want to return it for a full refund, please call our customer service number 844-372-3557 or email customersupport@anilogics.com.  When we receive your returned item(s) we will refund the original method of payment.  Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement. Returns are generally processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.

HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY EXCHANGE?

Exchanges will be shipped out within 3 days of processing your return.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY EXCHANGE?

Once your exchange has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a new tracking number.

CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE A GIFT?

If you would like to return or exchange any of our products you have purchased or received as a gift, please use the original packing slip that was in the box. If you did not receive a packing slip, contact us at customersupport@anilogics.com or call 844-372-3557. The buyer or receiver of our products will be responsible for all shipping return costs.

HOW DO I RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM BOUGHT FROM ONE OF OUR RETAIL PARTNERS?

These items can be returned/exchanged at any location of the store it was purchased from. The items must be new, unused, or unopened. Our partners follow similar Return/Exchange policies.
